When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Contact Data, Credentials, Payment Data, Device Information and Order Information.

SECTION 3 | INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH OUR APP

If you use our App, we may collect information using Push Notifications, we use 3rd party services to deliver our push notifications. These services include Firefox Push Notifications, Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification Service.

You may receive notifications within the App, such as: notifications about event information; schedule reminders; update, related products, products, sale products, new collections, special offers, order status etc. You can manage your push notification preferences or deactivate these notifications at any time by turning off the notification settings in the App or in the Device Settings of your mobile device.

SECTION 4 | HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site or App (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you; manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Site or App, we collect your phone number, call audio, and other personal information you provide us during our call. 
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site or our App (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site or App and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SECTION 5 | SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store. SECTION 6 | HOW WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Shopify follow industry standards on information security management to safeguard sensitive information. Their information security systems apply to people, processes and information technology systems on a risk management basis.

Shopify perform annual audits to ensure their handling of your credit card information aligns with industry guidelines, security standards and certifications. Shopify and all online stores powered by Shopify are certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant service provider, which is the highest level of compliance available, and our platform is audited annually by a third-party qualified security assessor.

SECTION 7 | BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

SECTION 10 | DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information by using the contact information in Section 13 below. We will keep your information as long as you maintain an account on our platform. We will only keep your personal information for legitimate business purposes and to comply with the law. We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

SECTION 12 | MINORS

The Site and App are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
